Hey guys whats up. I'm 31 and have been working out since i was 20. I played with the juice back in the day but didn't know half the shit I know now. Been doing a lot of research and fully understand PCT and why its important.
I workout 5 to 6 days a week for about 2 hours. Consists of 30 min of cardio and 1 1/2 of weights. I have always been a big boy 6-2, 275lbs. BF% around 14% and strong. I have a great diet which consists of eggs, wheat bread, peanuts, peanut butter, oats, fruits, chicken, fish and red meat once in a while for a treat, a lot of water, protein shakes, and veg's. I would like to try another cycle again and I wanted to know what you thought.
I was reading in the starter pack for newbie's TheMudMan talked about starting anti-estrogens 2 weeks prior to the start of the cycle. Is this a must or does it depend on the person? It seems like TheMudMan knows what he is talking about, I was reading up on some of his posts and other members seem to like the cycles and his info.
My first cycle would be:
Weeks 1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk (1 250mg shot on Monday,1 250mg shot on Thursday)
Weeks 1 - 10 Eq 400mg/wk
Weeks 1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
Weeks 1 – 12 liquidex .25mg ED
Start PCT(clomid) 14 days after last Enan injection 100/50/50/50mg/day
I would also like to throw in 60 to 80 mg of Anavar/day for fat burning/cutting and strength. But when would you guy's take it and for how long??
