    Things I have learned..................

    Decided just to share this with my Master Class Bros, but I know others may read it, and that good too!

    Since I have been on this forum (april 29, 2009) I have learned so much that I have been doing wrong. Thanks to alot of input from some great guys, and a lot of reading ( and I mean alot of reading)

    Some but not all are:

    When to eat
    What to eat
    How much to eat
    What not to eat
    When not to eat
    Oh and EAT LOL

    When to do cardio
    How long to do cardio
    Why I should do cardio


    and.......... I should do more cardio!

    And the hardest thing ive done since ive been on here is to post a pic. Guys that is one more humble experience im here ta tell ya!

    so you haven't gotten an answer yet! i wish i can give you one but i am as green as they come at this point, but for what’s worth, i'll tell you what i was told. do cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and lift in the evening, i was recently told to consume whey protein 1/2 hour before my cardio, my cardio is walking on a treadmill and keeping my heartbeat at about 124-130 for 45-60 minutes. then i follow Milos diet program, seems to be working but very slow progress especially for fat burning, i eat good because i don't want to sacrifice muscle. here are Milos videos, its a must see videos.
