Guys,
First I have to say that I am pretty new to the forum but that I have already learned so much. I have posted a cycle before and got a lot of feedback as to getting my diet right and I have taken heed.
I am not starting any gear til I am perfect on diet and back to around 13% BF. I believe I am around 15% now but wont be for sure til I get measured at the gym again.
I just want everyone to know that I am listening and trying to find as much time as possible to look at the diet forum. I haven't posted over there yet b/c I am still trying to read all the stickies, etc.
What I need (for now) is some advice of what else I need for the cycle I am planning on doing. I am trying to be well prepared before I start and I am slowly getting all of these pieces together.
Stats (currently):
5'11"
209 lbs
27 years old
15% BF (Not for sure on this one, can see my six pack)
I went on a workout sabbatical from Aug '07 until Aug '08. (Got lazy and out of shape, got up to 20% BF before I got pissed at myself and got back in the gym. I basically lost almost everything but my size)
I have done 5 cycles and kept most of the gains, but only one during the last year (Oct-Dec of '08, EQ, Test Prop, Masteron-wasn't happy with the gear, felt it was way underdosed). All the others were on and off from the age of 23-25.
Here is what I got so far: 3 btls Test E, 3 btls Tren A, 2 btls Win. I haven't got PCT or an AI yet.
Here is what I am thinking.
Weeks 1-4:
Test E 250 mgs every fourth day
Weeks 4-8:
Test E 250 mgs every fourth day
Tren A 50-75mgs eod (start at 50mgs and adjust to tolerance)
Weeks 8-12:
Test E 250 mgs every fourth day
Tren A 75 mgs eod
Win 100 mgs eod
Not set on PCT as of yet. Still working on that portion.
Once again, I am not starting this anytime soon but I want to get any and everything I need way ahead of time.
