I need some smart suggestions thanks guys!

Hey I have been having some problems about picking some things. I have two questions.

    1. Are there any non-toxic anabolic steroids that don't have any negative side effects. And if so can you please suggest me a product that is safe and will give results.

    2. It would be a big help if you can suggest a fat loss product that is safe and will help me lose my extra body fat.

Now I know many will say go to the gym and eat well and I want you to know that I do. I workout everyday and eat a very well balanced diet.

I really would like your help.

    Thanks!

All anabolic steroids whether oral or injectable are going to have some sort of side affects. even some of the items at the gnc can have side affects!
For fat loss I would say to get your diet in check and that is the only supplemet you need! if you really want to add something, try a fat burner like a lipo 6 or something in that category will pr bably help you along

    Answer's :

    1. No

    2. No , diet pills are a shortcut , the faster you drop weight un-naturally the faster you will regain after they are ineffective or you stop . Some people have some results some of the time . Christie Ally is a example of roller coaster dieting

I am no expert . Good luck !!

Post your diet. I'm sure you think it is "well balanced" but it actually isn't, or at the least, it is not properly set up to have the biggest effect in aiding you reach your body composition goals.
