Test Cyp/Deca/Anavar cycle... Nolva?

hey guys. im 6'3 221lbs 32 years old. Im doing a test cyp (400mg/wk), deca (150mg/wk) and anavar (40mg/day)... I have nolvadex but am wondering what the correct dosage is a week, or when its appropriate to use it. i have had a hard time getting my hands or arimiax or anything else. please let me know the best way for me to structure this in my cycle. thanks.

for one you are not running enough deca to do anything and I would only use nolvadex if signs of gyno popped up

Deca would need to be ran at least 300mg Ew to be anywhere near effective!. Also Anavar @ 40mg is a little low. I would not runi t at less than 50mg a day 70-80 if you can afford it I would not use the nolva at all until your pct (2weeks after last inj) if you can help it. If you see sins of gyne you can start on it during cycle but it can actually hinder your gains
