does anyone no a stable diet....im wanting to tone up but add a bit more bulk also. im inexperienced in all this been hitting the gym for around 9month 3 maybe 4 times a week, im 18 weighing 12stone 7lbs. 5ft 11. ill be sorting my profile so will be a pic shortly. im wanting a diet but not just to bulk up, i want definition. a simple diet would be gd as im not used to following these bodybuilding diets![]()
