    Question L-Arginine question

    so i have arginine pills 1000mg per pill.
    my question is how many pills a day would i need to take to equal up to 3 to 4 grams?

    You need to take 9 to 12g

    Start with 9

    3 pills when you wake


    3 pills 45 min befor workout

    3 pills before bed

    1000mg = 1g for future info
