    minimum calories intake during aas cycle?

    hi
    whats the minimum calories intake during aas cycle?i heard 4000 calories during test base cycle!is it true?

    im 90kg and eating neally 4000 calories a day, body fat about 11 percent

    trying to bulk up

    and training hard

    cycle 500mg test ethanate weekly
    and ive prob dropped bodyfat, and gained muscle
    hope that helps giv u an indicator

    Huh? Are you bulking or cutting? Here's what my diet looks like now but I'm also 6% BF and going lower.

    Try a real diet:

    1) 1 cup oats, 50g whey isolate
    2) 10 egg whites, veggies, pico di gallo
    3) 6oz ground turkey, veggies, 1 cup rice
    Workout
    4) 50 grams whey isolate, 60g waxy maize
    5) 8oz fish, 1 cup veggies
    6) 50g milk isolate (or casien protein) powder

    For bulking:

    1)3 bars shredded wheat, 1 cup milk, 1 cup egg whites, 6 amino tabs
    2)10 egg whites, 1/3 cup cream of wheat (measured dry), 6 amino tabs
    3) 80g oat starch, 18g EAA's, Shock Therapy
    Workout
    4) 120g oat starch, 50g whey isolate
    5) 8oz chicken cutlets, 1 large yam, 6 amino tabs
    6) 8oz talapia, 2 natural rice cakes, 6 amino tabs
    7) 50g milk isolate

    I'd say it takes all you can give, I'm eating also almost 4000kcal/d now at test cycle and for last 4-5weeks my body weight is not gained a bit, I eat big meal every 2-3hours and massgainer drinks are also in diet now.

    I guess the gear makes you run in such a high "rpm" with your body that you use more than normally.

    IMO, it is going to be more Diet related than gear related
