ok i just got a sezuir notice in the mail ..do i sign and send it back saying i give them the right to trow the shit away? cuz i heard if u sign it and send it bak thats record of u trying to buy gear?

Ignore the letter. Save it for your supplier, some reimburse seized items.

dont bother sending it back. they arent gonna give u your stuff anyway unless u have a valid reason for getting it. i got one of these before too. there should be a date on the letter when they are gonna destroy it so dont sweat it..

wait when customs seizes your gear cant you get in trouble with feds or government or something and go to jail. If you dont sign the letter what will happen nothing or ???

It is not illegal for a package to be shipped to you by accident. By signing the letter and sending it back confirms you tried to purchase them. IGNORE THE LETTER and you will never hear from customs again. However, now that address has been "tagged" and you shouldnt use the same one for your next order.

Yea you will have to get an alternate address like a PO box. I got one in the next town over when customs seized one of my partial shipments. Your previous address has been flagged & your source probably won't ship to that address anyway
