    Advice and direction needed

    Hi all, just joined here and been looking around. I am starting a course of dbol tabs next week and was wondering if you could cast your expert eye over and give some training and diet advice.
    Bit about me.

    I am 28 6'3" and 210 lbs. I have been a PTI in the Army for 6 years and left 6 months ago. Now that im a free man I want to take my training to building rather than cardio. Now I know the basics of what you guys do but being from a military background I havent had the chance to train or really talk to body builders.

    What gains should I be looking for off this stuff, how often is most effective to train, duration, ideal protein and carb levels, best excersise etc,

    I know Im asking alot but I know on cardio there is the book way and the best way so thought i would ask

    There are specific sections for Diet and Workout if you go down the list on the main page of the Forums, they will be glad to help you will any questions you have. Start by reading all the Stickies that are at the top of those Threads and you will learn almost everything you need to know. Good luck with your training.

    P.S I would not advise you to do a Dbol only cycle, that is not the proper way to do a cycle. Stay on this Forum and continue reading and you will learn everything you need to know about cycling.

    I don't believe he has a diet or training routine set up, that's why he was asking for one. I told him to check out the Diet and Workout sections.

    hi thanks for your replies, my diet at the moment is the same cardio one ive had for years intake of 3000 kcals average, why id dbol alone not a good idea??

    Dbol will shut down your HTPA, meaning your body will no longer create Testosterone, which can results in many problems one of the major ones being you will not longer be able to hold an erection, and I'm sure that is scary enough on it's own...

    Not to mention your gains... Dbol only, odds are you will swell up and think you have hit the jackpot, only to come off and lose most of your gains (being mainly water retention).

    But like I said, lets get a good diet started for you to stick with for a while before you worry about any cycles.

    Yeah you need to read all the educational threads lol, asking what you would use to supplement dbol is crazy, very basic stuff..

    If you look at the top of this forum theres a ton of great information for beginers..

    D-bol is great to get quick gains in weight strength etc.. but it is usually just used as a kickstart to a longer injectable testosteron cycle which would last 10-12 weeks! The problem you will have with just D-bol is it will take away your gains as quick as you get them. you might gain 5-15# in 4-5 weeks you would normally run D-bol for but as soon as you stop taking it, the weight will quickly come back off. So will your strength. You will be lucky to keep 5-15% of the gains made on D-bol alone
