im 39 yrs old, 5,9 205 18%bf on my first cycle of stano test( test susp and whinny) 100 mg m,w,f and hcg .25 mg t, th sat, onhghfor 2ndweek now alsoat 2 ius daily 1 am 1pm, lift heavy 5 days a week train boxing circuit 2 hrs a week intervals for 30 min daily, i wanna cut my bf % and have been getting my protein intake from food and isopure 0 carb about 200 gm daily combined, how many calories should i be taking in to lose my bf so my abs show and i also grow during my 10 week cycle ( im in week 3)
