    Wondering?

    Hello I am maybe looking to start the use of steroids, just doing my research on them for now. My question is this. I had a solid workout in the military did this for 5 yrs then got out and turned lazy. I have started again and its all coming back. my question is this when i lifted in the military i received no mass and not just strength. same with now i can put up the weight but nothing is changing i still look like a runt, also i run and the weight isn't coming off. What should i do? also sorry i dont know all the cals and protein% in my diet

    Height 6'1
    Weight 245lbs

    Meal 1
    protein shake

    Meal 2
    Bowl of cereal with 2% milk <raisin bran>

    Meal 3
    1 piece of fruit
    protein shake

    Meal 4
    Turkey Sandwich on wheat

    Meal 5
    Tuna Fish
    protein shake

    Meal 6
    2 pieces of Chicken
    1 scoop of white rice

    Meal 7
    Protein shake



    I also drink 7 liters of water a day

    Cycle Exp? none
    PCT Knowledge none
    Training Exp Work out 5 times a week, run 6 days a week

    Welcome,

    Well, obviously your diet is where we need to start.

    What are your goals? I assume you are wanting to cut weight, correct?

    yes your correct i want to get to 220 or 215 and build mass, even though i know muscle weighs more then fat, put it this way have strength but not the size

    go to this link ^^^^ and start a new thread asking for diet help, make sure and post your current diet like you did on here, and when you get a chance, try and find the macros (it helps a lot for us), and tell everyone what your goals are. It may take a few min or a day or two, but you will start getting some really good responses and critiques.

    Our diet gurus here are Phate, Collar and jamyjamjr. But it is not limited to just them.
