Hello I am maybe looking to start the use of steroids, just doing my research on them for now. My question is this. I had a solid workout in the military did this for 5 yrs then got out and turned lazy. I have started again and its all coming back. my question is this when i lifted in the military i received no mass and not just strength. same with now i can put up the weight but nothing is changing i still look like a runt, also i run and the weight isn't coming off. What should i do? also sorry i dont know all the cals and protein% in my diet
