    Question need advice

    ok , last thread i started in here wasnt complete so ill try it again.

    2nd cycle and im thinking of using Test Prop and Winny
    2CC EOD and 25mg 4Xdaily for 10 weeks

    BELOW is Info and diet.

    Im 5'10
    180-185
    16% BF
    30y/o

    looking to be 190 at 9%-10%BF

    I definitely would not use 100mg/day winny for weeks 1-10.

    ok, what do you suggest and how is the diet ?

    diet is a weak area for me so I'll leave that to the experts, what works for me wouldn't work for most. I wouldn't even bother with winny if you're over 10%bf.

    I second that. I've played around with winny as far as duration time, dosing, etc. and have found a happy medium at 50mgs/ed for 5 weeks. I avoid joint pain that way and my lipid profile doesn't get destroyed. I've run winny at 100mgs/ed and it sent my HDL to the single digits (almost undetectable) with extreme joint pain to where it was hampering my workouts.

    ok thank you , what would you suggest to go with the Test Prop then ?

    Better off posting your diet in the diet section for evaluation.

    i have posted my diet there, but im giving stats and my diet for what i posted here and my goals ... now i want to use Test Prop and winny but im hearing winny is out of the question because of my BF% , any input ? test and ???

    perhaps look into masteron, one of my favorite compounds.

    Didn't realize you posted diet there. Many don't know any other sections besides this. HAHA

    I don't know if they have mentioned yet in the diet forum.... but where are your carbs at? No complex or fibrous carbs hardly. Like 60 total carbs. Thats a major part of your energy.

    masteron is harsh is it not ? ive read the profile but reading and actually talking to ppl who have done it are very different. so what are the perks youve seen on it and what were the downfalls...
