dude, your way to young!!! your still sh1tting green. and im one of the more open minded people on this board when it comes to BF% and age but your way to young. you dont understand how fast your going to get results in the gym just by diet, lifting, and cardio. seriously if you do all that i listed i bet you'll be dropping 3lb every wk easily. get yourself a trainer for a wk or 2 so they can show you how to not hurt yourself and get them to work out a diet(or go to the diet forum here, it FREE) for you. get your BF% checked every month and you'll see the changes in the mirror and on paper. i bet after seeing your BF% drop on paper you will get motivated to workout even harder and get even better results. when results stop then think about steroids. just trying to do you a favor. i and prolly most people on this board have friends that jumped in with to early without experience and motivation that ended up looking worse then before they started steroids.
