    help please really need opinions and views on steroids

    hi thanks for reading this.

    Im a student in the uk going to start training in november and im intrested in anabolic oral steroids 50mg a day...

    its my first time and im 6 foot 2..i weigh between 210-224 pounds but like 70& is fat..i obviously want to turn it all into muscle and be slim again but i dont want to put any weight on..i know a diet is good and i will need alot of protein which i am willing to do and i am fully commited to taking steroids but i dont know which ones to take..i was thinking the anobolic 1s are the right ones but then i learnt your body mass goes up..are there any oral steroids that dont increase body fat percentage? and what would be a good cycle for someone like me any help please? muchly appreciated and any more info can be given

    If you are determined.. do yourself a big favour. Read up and educate as much as possible before touching anything.
    Why wait til November? If you are not committed to the gym then nothing is going to change for you.

    how old are you?

    You are NOT training until November??? WHY??? I dont' think steroids are the answer for you quite yet. maybe after a year of two of SOLID training and DIETING

    DIET and Cardio is what will help you the best right now

    You need to be in the diet and workout section.


    I promise that your diet is not good enough if you are carring that much fat.

    And a better workout will help you build the muscle.

    Also oral steroids are way more hard on the bodt than injectables.

    And btw if your a student in the UK shouldnt you be in bed at this early hour of the morning lol, get some sleep you will one day be paying for my pension..

    lmao dont worry i will pay your pensions but im starting in november as im going on holiday soon and il be going for a long period n will be back in end of october early november times..so will join a gym then by the way i turn 18 aswell in november so though 18 is the best time really..btw chap my diet is not good enough at the moment its really bad but i am going to change my diet...soo any more advice ?

    dude, your way to young!!! your still sh1tting green. and im one of the more open minded people on this board when it comes to BF% and age but your way to young. you dont understand how fast your going to get results in the gym just by diet, lifting, and cardio. seriously if you do all that i listed i bet you'll be dropping 3lb every wk easily. get yourself a trainer for a wk or 2 so they can show you how to not hurt yourself and get them to work out a diet(or go to the diet forum here, it FREE) for you. get your BF% checked every month and you'll see the changes in the mirror and on paper. i bet after seeing your BF% drop on paper you will get motivated to workout even harder and get even better results. when results stop then think about steroids. just trying to do you a favor. i and prolly most people on this board have friends that jumped in with to early without experience and motivation that ended up looking worse then before they started steroids.

    thanks alot i was thinking today a strict diet and protein shakes will do the job with cardio and training..but im very thankful of your advice btw is there a possible chance i could lose more then 3lb a week?

    Its possible. It will depend on what your diet looks like, and how commited and how hard you work to accomplish these goals.

    what if i drank 2-4 protein shakes n had food like tuna etc alot which contain alot of protein..then hit the gym for 2-3 hours? 4-5 times a week?

    Haha, you don't need 2-4 protein shakes. Have you been to the diet section yet? If not, go there and post up your current diet and what your goals are and let everyone critique it. Its not as easy as saying "I will eat lots of tuna and protein."

    It's going to take lots of work on your part, getting your diet planned out with someone, getting a good workout routine in place, and staying commited to this.

    defoo its just that iv asked around people n they was like drink protein shakes and eat alot of tuna and hard workout so still in mixed thoughts but yh il do what you said about posting on the diet page...thanks alot really appreciated

    dude anything more than 3 pound a week is not a healthy wait drop like he said when I stared the gym 6 mounths ago I was 215 lbs BF was 25 per cent and now today body fat is at 9 and I weigh 185 lbs and climbing in weight and lowering my BF just stick with the gym before roids

    IMO, that is a generic opinion offered by people who have no idea how to do things properly. Ask anyone on here who has had success, and they will tell you that a good proper diet and well planed and executed workout routine are the keys to getting to your physical goals.

    is there not just one then nine? damn! I was thinking of doing the same cycle! LOL. Seriously though bro, do alot of research and take advice from the vets! Also read through the diet forum! Very very important information in there!

    You are nowhere near being ready for steroids. You are the exact type of person who shouldn't be doing steroids. No training history, too young, no knowledge of diet, hi BF, etc...

    Where do these people come from? They think there is a magic steroid pill that will make them look like rambo or some shit. wtf?

    Listen guy's this dude came here for advice, he's realised steroids arnt for him and he's now gone to the diet forum for more advice.

    He came to the right place, was given the right advice and is now doing the right thing, lets now get off his back...

    no its cool i knew theres alot more steroids on the market..but most people where talking about the anabolic 50mg a day...btw i respect everys views doesnt matter if your hating or anything..thanks for the help though deffo put me on the right path seriously..

    So you know... "Anabolic" is not a kind of steroid it is a type of steroid. an "anabolic" steroid means it is a muscle building steroid. and just so you know there are at least 6-7 Oral Anabolic Steroids that I can name right now off the top of my head! Just wanted to clearify that for you. Now get that diet worked out and see ya when you have the knowledge
