    Cycles

I have found many exemples of cycles on this site, but wanted to know the timing of mass, cut, PTC cycles and how much time should be between two cycles, which have mass, cut and PTC phases.

yes I know that my English is terrible.

The general rule to follow is time on + PCT = time off, better still would to get blood work done before and after which will indicate if you have fully recovered yet.

Considering that you have stated that you are 19 and don't intend to cycle for years, you should take some time to read all the educational threads at the top of each section, then post any questions that remain after a bit of research.
