    When injecting

When injecting how many of you just thrust in the oil, or ease it in slowly?

Slow. If I go too fast, I get bruises.

Definitely slow...give the oil time to dissiminate into the muscle. Less chance of soreness, lumps, etc.

Why would anyone go fast? Blowing the oil through your muscle fibers at a rapid rate is a good way to promote sorness...
