    A little advice please

    hi all a little about me

    iv been training about 3years(2nd time around) and been intrested in steroids,

    my 1st cycle was just dianabol. then just nolvadex for pct. kept most of my gains then

    my 2nd cycle was dianabol + deca then pct was nolva gain( as it sorts me out .kepts most gains again.

    im 6ft 12stone about 20bf or less

    what i would like to know wat would be a good cycle and pct to sort out my balls . im interested in

    dianabol for 1-4 weeks @ 30mg
    sust 250 for 1-8week
    nolva on hand

    what pct should a do + any better cycle i can do.

    advice would be help full.

    Imo, and its only my opinion, you should post your diet lol because at 6ft and two previous cycle theres something wrong and i suspect its your diet. Streoids are pointless without a good diet...

    Lets sort that then we can look at your cycle..

    my diet is ok but not the best

    i have 6 meals per day

    i try to have 300g protein every day

    i will ony eat carbs upto 3pm then protein stuff after that.

    also when i started the gym i was 18 and only just over 9 stone then i trained for 5 years and got to 10,10 and was in a car cash ans stopped for 2 years and been back now for 3years and my max size was just under 13 stone and after pct im 12 now

    Well at least your putting test in.Your other two so called cycles were nuts.Good luck bro.

    BF -oats + bannana
    then protein bar

    snack protein bar
    then gym

    lunch chicken breast with loads of veg + mash

    snack protein bar + apple

    tea- just meats ham or chicken or beef.

    snack protein bar + apple


    i know its not good

    Its definately not beautiful, but unfortunately its nowhere near the worst one I've seen! My old forum made that look like the holy grail of diets

    Those protein bars are crap compared to REAL FOOD! Check out the diet forum bro. There are tons of diets in there.

    Im Surprised your (member) didnt fall off in your second cycle.
