    stomach bloatedness/gas???

    hey guys ive always had this problem...i dont think im more than 13% Bf. im naturally lean but my stomach bulges and bloats really easy. kinda frustrating...should i get a colon cleanse? im mean it look gross and round like a baloon. bloated...not an AAS issue but happens and makes me feel fat and heavy. how do u guys maintain the flat stomach look diet wise...so there is no bloat...i would love some feed back. cuz i dont want to combat this problem while cutting. please help...my stomach naturally is flat but over the years ive seen bloating being a problem...so i actually added some supplemental fiber to my diet.but what do u guys think..anyone have this problem???

    try evercleanse....i have this problem and have meaning to try this stuff...

    chuck lidell has a sixpack but its like a gut at the same time...

    I have it, started getting it around the age of 23 or 24, years before I ever started taking juice.

    I wake up in the morning with a belly as flat as a sports swimsuit model, but by 10 pm at night it looks like I ate a 10 pound baby.

    A lot of it I think is water retention, just seems to be genetic for me. A clean, high fiber diet does seem to help but beyond that I don't think much can be done for my problem. If I were back around 170 or 180 lbs and only eating 1,500 to 2k calories a day itd probably stop.

    But eating the 6 meals a day and drinking shakes and water constatnly as I do my stomach never has a chance to stop working until I'm asleep.

    Funny part is that if I starve myself and don't eat I have a reverse effect and the same thing seems to happen. Not sure there is much that can be done about it. Maybe a Dr. would know more.

    lol...try raw pasteurized egg whites....see how bloated and gassy you get with them...lol

    It makes me fart when i squat...its great!

    LOL... thats cheating mate,,,using rocket power on squats to get the weight back up.....

    Back on topic... Is it gas that is the problem,,if so i had a mate with that kind of problem, what he used was charcoal tablets, he said that it turned his s**t black but the charcoal did absorb the gas... maybe this can help mate,, good luck

    OH, he did go to the doc's and did get it confirmed that he produced abnormal levels of gas, he did not want to take medication and so went for what is stated above

    dont use charcoal tablets if you are taking orals....it will absorb your gear

    i know what u mean bro when i was like 17. my waist looked awesome. i think i was 28"...lol but now not too bad after almost 40 lbs later im close between 30 and a 31" not bad at all. but the bloat ill do anything to completely eliminate it.

    but im bulking so i dont do cardio. thats another thing...but cardio is not too friendly to us actomorphs when trying to put some mass on i rather spend that time eating so i can get my size and be done for once and for all....then ill pretty it up

    Btw does equipoise loose body fat and get u shredded or would u reccomend T3. i read up on them im a little hasitant for t3 cuz of the thyroid issue..i dont wanna **** with my body...and EQ makes u hungry like a bear. i already eat too much as it is. i dont wanna spend millions on groceries....any safer, economical and modest stack u guys can thinkin of maybe, prop, stanozol, t3/ and OR clen.....opinions???
