Hi all,
I feel insecure and miserable because of the lower part of my body.
My waist and weight are normal (1m78, 71kg) but even by working ou my calves during 3 years with differents techniques (long/short rep) i cant make my ankles normal.

My ankles look like a 12 y/o girl, 19cm!
I look disproportionate and i dont know what to do. I have high insertion point calves.
For most people on this board, high calves insertion calves are cool (they think). But if you have a thin bone structure, your ankles look very fragile, ugly!
I'd like to know if there's a way to increase bone structure (surgery, medecine), to thicken up my ankles normal.
I dont wear short for many years (except for these pics), the only solution i can figure out, is to lose 10Kg to be skinny everywhere.
Any advices are welcome.
