Thread: need quick help

    Exclamation need quick help

    im doing test300 and deca300 monday and thursday for 10 weeks then for 5 weeks test300 and tren250... how much gain you think i should get.. ive done 3 shots already... i started at 144 and today i weigh 152... this is my third cycle so far... first cycle was test and deca.. secound one was sus250 and tren... and this is my current one...

    pounds, he's also 5'10" and 19 years old.

    the last sh** i took was fake i gaind 5 pounds out of it... with put me up to 145... and just startd this cycle... and my goal is to get to 180... i try to eat 6 times a day and drink protein 3 times a day... the protein i drink is smart gainer 51gs of protein

    carbs, fat? calories. Realize the other two are vital macronutrients in order to grow.

    I can say that you'll have to learn about the basics of dieting and training in order to grow.

    What does your workout split look like?

    And what do you try to eat, you shouldn't try you should just do. Realize I am an inch taller and on my third cycle which is a contest prep cycle and I'm definitely not bulking, so it should tell you that you have a lot to learn about dieting and training,

    well as of now im doin
    monday
    chest,bicep
    tuesday
    back and triceps
    wed
    legs shoulders and traps
    thursday
    same as monday
    friday
    same as tuesday
    saturday
    same as weds

    i have had pretty good gain so far and i feel great next week i do my blood check to see how my body is doing..

    in the morings b4 going to work i drink my protein shake with milk and a banana.. and then 2 hours later i eat two eggs with ham,bread and a apple... 3 hours later i eat white rice with black beans frm time to time the beans change... and then 3 hours later i eat a cup noodles just to feel a lil full... and then about an 1 hour later i try to eat diffrent types of fruits... go to the gym after i get out i drink a protein shake again and then eat what my mom has to eat at night... pretty good or now.. this is my last cycle so i want to gain as much as possible

    I assume you are a troll, or a really stupid kid for running test/deca then test/tren.

    You are going to fall apart sooner or later, all your gains are artificial you never built a solid muscle base so you are going to have to juice constantly or risk losing a majority of that synthetic gained muscle because your body never had a natural muscle base prior to steroids.

    You diet is total rubbish, stop all drugs and go into PCT and try and recover and dont touch them again, your going to cause yourself serious damage.

    Poor spilt. You are over training your secondary muscles by utilizing them the next day. If you are going to train chest and biceps make sure the back and tricep day is later on in the week

    I think this is a good split for you
    D1: Chest
    D2: Back
    D3: off
    D4: shoulders/traps
    D5: legs
    D6: arms
    D7ff

    Apparently you have a hard time growing and less does not equal more in your case, you grow outside the gym. Utilize basic exercises when you go in ESPECIALLY legs. I hope you aren't on of those guys that just does some leg extensions and a few leg curls. YOU NEED TO SQUAT and full ROM too none of that quarter or half squat bullshit even if you have to take the weight down to 95lbs or less. At least you'll be developing your legs fully. The deeper you go, the better the stretch the better the development.

    Shitty diet. Noodles, and whatever mom cooks. No man you need to eat like a bodybuilder to grow.

    Look into getting in 35-40 grams of protein from solid food sources. Since you have a hard to growing I would suggest a lean red meat meal twice a day (95% lean), eat chicken, fish, not ham. also carbs choices are important, eat sweet potatoes, brown rice, ezekiel bread, oats etc.

    Fats can come fish oils and flax seed oil

    Head down to the diet section and look into the bulking diet, grab some ideas, and formulate a plan, post it and we will help you tweak it down there.

    If you want to grow to 180 you'll need to eat right.....

    Smart man, its the only way to progress. We all can stand to learn something new even the Hall of Famers. The more you know and the more work you put into the basics the better you will and can be.

    my diet plan is almost done... trying to put everything together of what i like to eat and would help me grow... for my last 5 weeks what should i stack with test...
