in the morings b4 going to work i drink my protein shake with milk and a banana.. and then 2 hours later i eat two eggs with ham,bread and a apple... 3 hours later i eat white rice with black beans frm time to time the beans change... and then 3 hours later i eat a cup noodles just to feel a lil full... and then about an 1 hour later i try to eat diffrent types of fruits... go to the gym after i get out i drink a protein shake again and then eat what my mom has to eat at night... pretty good or now.. this is my last cycle so i want to gain as much as possible
