Anyone got tips on buying legally from Mexico?

Only asking about buying in Mexico not about shipping or smuggling over the border.
I live right on the border and was wondering how to go about buying legally in Mexico without getting ripped off or buying bunk gear?
I was on HRT earlier this year but my script ran out when I moved.
I heard walmart is usually legit but I also heard a rumor that you may need a script now?
So any tips?

There is alot of vet gear and questionable others floating around.Unless you find a good source there, I would advise against it.
