    My Cycle and Workout!

    Age: 31
    Height: 6'1'
    Weight: 200

    2nd Cycle... Goals: Size then strength....

    Please critique. Huge help! Many thanks!!!

    Diet is locked-in... a few highlights on the supplements:

    Daily Supplements

    Emergen-C (1/day)
    Calcium/Magnesium/Potassium (1/day)
    Glucosamine/Chondroitin Complex (2/day)
    Udo’s Oil Blend (1/day)
    EFX Pure Liquid Amino Elite (2-3/day)
    Liv.52 ???
    Whey protein shakes (2-3/day)
    Glutamine Powder (w/ protein shake)
    Hammer Gel (pre-workout)

    The Cycle

    Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED (6 tabs throughout the day)
    Week 1-10 Test E 500mg EW
    Week 1-9 Deca 400mg EW
    Week 1 – 10 Nolvadex 10mg ED

    PCT (start 2 weeks after last pin)

    Week 11-15 Nolvadex 20mg ED
    Week 13-15 Clomid
    Week 13 Day 1: 300mg Day 2-7: 100mg
    Week 14 Day 1-4: 100mg Day 5-7: 50mg
    Week 15 50mg ED

    The Workout

    Day 1 (Chest, Back)
    >> Warm up assisted pull ups (2 set of 6 reps each)
    Pull ups (1 set front grip, 1 set rear grip, both to failure)
    >> Warm up push ups (1 set of 20 reps)
    Inclined Dumbbell Bench - 30 degree (warm up set, 3 x 4-6 reps)
    Dumbbell Bench Press (3 x 4-6 reps)
    T-Bar or Seated Cable Rows (3 x 4-6 reps)
    One Arm Dumbbell Row (3 x 4-6 reps)

    Day 2 (Delts, Bis, Tris)
    Dumbbell or Barbell Military press (warm up set, 3 x 4-6 reps)
    Dumbbell Lateral Raise (3 x 4-6 reps)
    Skull Crushers (3 x 4-6 reps)
    >> Alternatively Dips (3 x failure) or Kickbacks (3x 8-10)
    Standing Barbell or Barbell Curl (3 x 4-6 reps)
    Deadlifts (3 x 10-12 reps)

    Day 3 (Legs, Calves, Traps)
    Squats (5 x 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 reps)
    Barbell Shrugs (3 x 4-6 reps)
    RDLs (3 x 10-12 reps)
    Leg Press/Calves superset (3 x failure)

    ...a few questions:

    (?) Where should I take Liv.52? During, before, or after the Dbols? I've heard recs for all three?

    (?) What do you think of taking Nolvadex throughout the cycle?

    I would just keep the nolva on hand throughout the cycle and if it were me id run the dbol at 50mg ed. I think your pct needs alittle work lol but besides that your cycle looks good...

    u dont have to use liver protectant
    id use it though
    i mean why not? unless its a real cost issue i would run a liver protecter, its ur health were talking about
    better to be safe then sorry
    even if it helps a little i think its worth it

    How and what was your first cycle. Where you happy with the results? Adding Deca to the 2nd cycle is a big jump but IF you are in good shape, your Body fat is low you should be good to go.
