is it okay to inject once a week, or is it better to do twice a week (monday, friday) type of thing. I know there both longer esters so once a week would most likely suffice? But im not 100% sure

Every 3.5 days lol, this helps keep blood levels stable...

problem is with once a week is just the volume of the inject. i mean, youd be doing at least two cc's of each usually, which would require two injects anyway...
