    Can you please help me out by giving my diet a tweak....Just want to make sure

    Ok well first off thanks for the help...

    So I am 3 days deep into my cutting cyle of H-Drol and Epistane....Six weeks and 4 PCT

    My stats are
    5'8, bf-19% 160lbs
    Working out 1 year serious (Did on and off through High School)

    Ok well I am trying very hard on my diet...but seem to only be eating 4 meals a day....

    Here was my diet for yesterday.....tell me what I need to do or am I ok

    1st meal

    5 egg whites
    2 egg whites + yolks
    1 cup of Oatmeal

    Workout (Lifting weights 1 hour and 20 mins) (Hitting it hard)
    (Running 2.6 miles 5 days a week)

    Pre-protein shake
    Post-Protein Shake
    Totaling 60 grams of protein

    2nd meal

    1 cup of Spagetti Noodles
    1 can of tuna
    1/2 cup of sauce

    3rd meal
    1 Chicken breast
    1 cup of rice
    1 cup of green beans (Garden grown just added a litttle salt)

    4th meal
    1 cup of Spagetti Noodles
    1 can of tuna
    1/2 cup of sauce

    Here was the totals for everything

    Total = the calories 2,461
    = the fats 46.8
    = the carbs 218.5
    = the protein 270.8

    My BMR = 1642.46
    My TDEE = 2627

    Ok well thanks guys any advice would be much appreciated

    Drop the salt on the beans for sure. Also you need a casein source before bed and over all 1-2 more meals.

    With the two extra meals ...wont I shoot above the calories I should take in....What has casein in it...

    cottage cheese...but try and get a caesin shake if you can afford it..

    sweet thanks.....what about the two other meals and the calorie intake
