here are a few pictures of me at the mo going to start my cycle in a couple of months not done a cycle in about 4 years it will be my second cycle been training for a long time on and off, been back training for about 8 months now after not doing nothing but raising my kids for the last 18 months so i feel ready i know im a hairy c*** but when i feel happy enough thats all going

You look pretty decent for taking the time off w/ kids - that time added 25lbs to my frame and it wasn't muscle! Keep going buddy - you're headed in the right directions! And yes next time you need to get one of those beard trimmers and set it to 1/8" and go! Just don't jamm the blades in that matt!
