only been training like a year when i started at age 21
155-185 naturally
now 210

Been lifting since I was 15. 8 years later ran my first cycle.
This is very individual. For my first cycle (I was 16 year old) and trening for 3 years. In momment I am 28 year old and 95 kg. I think for first cycle You must use little dose.
One my friend from Rusia use only 10 mg Anavar per days for 4-5 month every year and result is very very good.
In last time I think small dose are better.
19-26 naturally then started using gear
close to 15 years... maybe more

naturally for 13 years, 1st cycle at 32
I started too young started liftin natural since i was 12 to 16, researched the gear i wanted to take for a year then took it when i was 17 which was a Deca300/ Test C and took all kinds of gear on and off til i was 19 then laid off till now im 23 bout to be 24 and currently finishing up a bulkin cycle, then off for a month or soo until i start my cuttin cycle.
16yrs old 155
17yrs old 175
18yrs old 185 when i looked my best!
19yrs old 200
20-22 yrs old slacked off and shot up to 230lbs!
23 yrs old workin out harder and cut down to 205lbs!
Serious bodybuilding at age 17 until 21, went from 125lbs to 185lbs, 12% BF.
1 cycle later and I'm 202 11% BF![]()
14 to 21 clean 23 to 33 clean 22 aas, 34 to present off and on aas
i started working out when i was like 14, with milk jugs filled with water and some other ghetto crap. Im 22 now. So maybe 6 years b4 i cycled? Of course i got better and better with form and diet and stuff as time progressed

dieting and training properly for about 1.5-2.0 years
240lbs(40-45+%bf)-187(~12% right now i believe)
trained off/on from 19-24 and hit AAS. after that sust/deca cycle, I became really dedicated. Slacked on my training and diet from about 27-31. Then got serious again (got divorced, lol)
I trained naturaly from age 0 to 34. Been doin cycles now off and on for 29 years.
