ok so i was doing my daily routine gym in the am wtv i did chest bicep i was lifting 130 on dumbells on chest i felt a lil pain in my bicep nothing really for like 3 seconds then i kept on going so in the after noon around 2 i got my boxing training i got a boxing fight comng up so i gotta get ready i dident feel no [pain at all at night around 10 this pretty huge guy at my bros garage apperently no one ever beet him in harmwrestling lol i know this is stupid so wtv i beet him bout 10 minutes later wow i had a pain that was bugging me next day i go training boxing and bang my ****ing bicep killed me i fell to the floor almoast hte pain lasted around 1 hrs then i took painkiller
its been like this ever since i trained maybe 3 times this last 2 weeks trying to recover
nothing it hurts me the same i have a fight in 4 months wtf can i do for this
