capping winny powder

i got 10g of winstrol powder and im thinking about capping it in 0 size capsules. does anyone have any good links for info on this or can give me some directions. i think i got the hang of it just confused on a few thigns

1. do i mix the powder and the filler then cap it?
2. any one have a good filler? i was thinking corn starch
3. best cappin machine? cap em quick?
