Pain Lower Right Side back

This is weird.

I have this Pain in my lower right back when I piss or do anything like stretch that area.
Its not my muscle or the skin.
It seems internal, not external pain.
I can walk do whatever but like If I stress and you tighten up to piss out thats when it hurts my lower right back.
No its not kidney stones I had them before.

Only thing difference I've done the past 2 weeks is use Clen.
It just started today and I upped my dose from 120mcg to 140mcg.

I hope this is a clen side effect otherwise its back to the damn doctor.
I drink plenty of fluids.
Currently on 5th week of Prop EOD @ 150mg with arimidex at .25mg EOD with shot.

The right lower side is the kidney right?
Anyone have any ideas or has anyone else gotten this similar pain?
