I have never used steroids, only used protein, creatine, etc. I am 28 years old, 6'2" tall, 190 lbs, lift weights 3x per week. My diet sucks ass I know I need to work on that first... but was also thinking of trying some real gear or maybe some legal prohormones such as SUS500 or something of the sort. Just wondering what would be a good recommendation on things to try?
