Hey guys have been following this thread for some time now,finally decided to join, seriously considering a cycle for some time but i tried to do my homework first, hopefully i get your help. i was 213lbs Jan 7 and now im 163, i went on a mean diet and massive cardio 5 times a day, i went from jogging 1 mile a day to now jogging 5 to 7 miles every day. but now its time to get the six pack in effect. i don't want to get really big just cut and have nice abs good sice arms. as of march i started doing p90x ab workout and some lifting keeping my clean diet and cardio but the results have been minimal. i been reading up on all the newbie stacks but none appeal to what im looking to achieve, so here i am asking for your help on how and what i need to begin my cycle and results im looking for, sorry if broke any of the forum rules bare with me, any help is appreciated. thanks in advance.
