I'm about to start running a 12 week cycle of test E at 500mg a week. I need to get a PCT ready before I start this, and there are a lot of different ideas about this that I have found on this site.
I would really like some solid advice on what to buy and how much to use and for how long, etc.
I've been training for 7 years, but I have only been taking it seriously and training hard for 3 years. I know a lot about diet and workouts, and I want to now step it up to the next level. I just want to do it right and have all my ducks in a row before I jump in.
I have done a ton of research on AAS and I even bought a book on the subject, so I'm no fool, I just haven't gotten a clear answer to the PCT question. any help is appreciated. thanks!
