my bodyfat is sitting anywhere between 7-9% depending on the day.
My goal is to have a male model look.. with decent muscle size and shape (not too big), with great definition, and my bodyfat as low as possible.
My diet is pretty much the same everyday unless I have to eat out ect.

cup of oats with a fruit and protien shake.
10:00am
Chicken breast and brown/wild rice
1:30pm

After gym I eat chicken breast with veg and protien shake
thats what i normally eat 6 days a week. if i dont train that day I will slip in an extra meal at around 3:30pm and eat dinner later at around 7pm
Sundays I eat everything, from chocolates/desserts to pasta to burgers whatever I can get my hands on really haha
