    What to take first?! PLEASE HELP ME!

    Alright thanks for reading this. Im 20 years old. 5'11 220 lbs I gained weight for football but now am trying to shed it. i refuse to go up to 240 like i was advised by my former jackass football coaches by taking weight gainers and i didnt even eat as much garbage at all but i lost my physique even after practices and other active things all day everyday. i play baseball, football, and soccer in all travel leagues as well for my colleges. Anyway im looking to gain a boost to my health/physique/workouts/performance. I was thinking about taking either MGF or HGH or Anabolic steroids or pro hormones (all things with a compliment of some igf products). I figure im about 13.5% body fat and id like to lose it all and gain more of an edge in my sports.

    Anyhow, id like some guidance to tell me what type of things to take and what specific products to start with.

    I know i sound like a bobo (dummy) but i am telling you that i train hard and push myself to the limit each and everyday. Now i just need to be pointed in the right direction. I was never the fastest but i do consider myself pretty strong and i throw fast hit far and kick hard and run pretty dang well. Please help.

    to take anything?! what about pro hormones or something?! I really got a thing against those football coaches. They gave me so much sh*t to gain weight and now it got hard as frig to drop it and i still move good but i feel sloppy not like obese people feel but not nearly as good as i had felt in my life. they gave me a little bit of everything under the sun to get to a high weight. I guess its sorta like a disney villian they gave me the poison and now i need the antidote. please help me out in some directions. if its too young, even tho its a roids section can you point me in the direction of supps?! if you want you can pm me or email me at [email protected].     You dont need anything you have enough natural hormones floating around to make decent gains, dont risk the change of serious damage to yourself, check out the stickies at the top for a more indepth answer to why your to young.

    On the other hand, why don't you just walk into your nearest supplement store and pick up a Test booster and some lean gainer protein?


    The only way you'll shed your pounds is by changing your diet. Diet dictates nearly everything.

    You need to get your diet in check, and supplement with an ECA stack or clenbuterol. (option)

    I'm running the CKD diet right now and it's making the weight just melts off me. But with you being a football player and needing the extra energy, I would focus carbs around breakfast, pre-workout, and post-workout. Fasted cardio in the AM before breakfast is good, too.
