11:00-12:00 tuna w/ 1tbs low fat mayo (140c/4f/2c/22p)
3:00-4:00 chicken breast w/ brown rice or wheat pasta (546c/7f/41c/66p)
7:00-8:00 steak or chicken or fish w/ a vegtable and rice or pasta or yam (628c/7f/57c/75p)
10:00 casein protein
I snack on almonds, cheese sticks and low fat pudding throughout the day
2743 calories 69g fat (22%) 219g carbs (32%) 320g protein (46%)
I have been striving for 2800 calories and macros at 20% fat, 35% carbs 45% protein
I know I will need to probably up the calories to 3500-4000.
