Find a good training routine, and lift heavy, and consistent. You can do cardio at least 4 times a week too. Eating 6-7 small meals will help your metabolism stay active all day, and youll have to cut out everything like soda's, fast food, and all of that stuff thats so easy to cheat with.
Youll see pounds drop off.
