    Workout Routine

I'm a recently new wieghtlifter and not really sure about what I should do each day. But I've came up with a routine.

    Day 1 Chest and shoulders/Cardio
    Day 2 Arms/Cardio
    Day 3 Back and Legs/Cardio
    Day 4 Rest/Cardio
    Day 5 Repeat Day 1
    Day 6 Repeat Day 2
    Day 7 Repeat Day 3

I'm Also workin in abs n obliques each day but only with weights once a week and the rest of the week just incline crunch, sit-up, twist, bicylce etc.

What does every1 think about my routine?
Tell me whatever u want I'm willing to listen to whatever.
I am trying to gain lean muscle n lose fat.
Also does n e 1 know some decent freeweight workouts for each individual muscle groups? If so let me know plz!?
Thanks Everyone I know you all will help me out.

one thing i see is you have two major muscle groups on your third day,and two small groups on day two.I always kept legs by themselves.I never ever had any thing left after legs to do anything except cardio.I believe legs are your base, and core. Its your foundation every thing seems lighter when you have a solid core.Just my opinion....

Welcome. Routine needs some work imo. Days 1 and 2 are ok but you can do better. Why not go over to the "workout forum" and check it out? Post your routine there and you'll get much more feedback.
    Good luck.
