Im a 40 year old male (5'10/230) who is very active and works out regular. I have currently started HRT and seen descent results thus far. My problem is that I carry more chest fat then I want to. Any advise on how to help target that area? Thanks

I carry more fat in that area as well, but the only way I see to lose it is not to target it but to just lose fat alltogether, and eventually it will come off. Mine is slowly coming down since I have lost weight, but if you carry a large amount there it will probably be the last to go like me. I lost all my fat but stays is my love handles and my man boobs. But with fat loss it will go, just might take longer then you like. Just keep exercising and eat good, it will happen.
yes you can not spot reduce.....good diet....weights and cardio routine and eventually it will go....normally the last place to go is were you want it gone the most...i.e stomache and chest.
^^yep, you cant isolate fat loss.. committment to diet and cardio
