Hello To all. Ive recently come back to the website. Ive been out of the game for a while now due to work and other personal reasons. Ive used the gear in the past, and ive made good gains in the past.
Heres where i stand now.
Im 29 YO
Im 230 pounds 5'11" and about 23-27 % BF
3 months ago i was 250 pounds. Ive cut some fat already and im now switching to a keto diet.
I started a Tren 100mg eod / Test E 400 mg a week run
My diet is as follows
I eat every 2 hours
Carbs under 15g a day. I eat all my carbs before 2pm protein in every meal
Either eggs, chicken breast, steak.
0 Sugars of coarse. And all water , no diet sodas or anything like that.
Im doing cardio twice a day 30-40 min each and weight training after one of the cardio sessions.
Anyone got any advice. I know some people dont like keto diets. For those who do. Im looking for some feedback....
