H1N1 and AAS

I just came back from the hospital for the second time to pick up my Tamiflu since the tests confirmed that I am a confirmed case of H1N1 "swine flu".

The head of infectious diseases told me that people who take AAS have a strong inflammatory response to H1N1 attacking the respiratory system. This, in turn, can easily cause the your bronchial airways to swell and restrict air intake, which is very dangerous.

If you are diagnosed with H1N1 and are coughing up phlegm, please make sure to get Tamiflu, a non steroidal anti inflammatory and an antibiotic to prevent secondary infections. I was also prescribed an asthma inhaler to open up my airways even further.

I definitely don't want to end up fighting for my life on a ventilator like a guy I saw.

was on cycle. ended up with H1N1 and i will definately say that other then the outrageous fever my respitory system was hit the hardest. However as long as your a healthy individual, which i will assume you wouldnt be using AAS if you werent, you dont have much to worry about.
