What's up everyone? At this point, I don't know how many posts I have, I know I've posted a few times, before I even happened to notice the intro section. So, to cover my bases, I shall introduce my newbie self. (at least I read the rest of the rules/guidelines...)
Anyway, can't wait to dive in. Been lifting for a good while, eat like a horse, but no matter what, plateau around 155lbs. I would be ecstatic at a 170 to 180lbs range...so that is my eventual goal.
