    1-t tren and gyno

hey guys decided to give 1-t tren a try and plan on doin a 6 week run along with sustain alpha....now my question is that i'm because i'm prone to gyno and had the surgery to remove it, do i need to run adex or at least nolva with it or is the sustain alpha enough?

you must run nolvadex. if you run an OTC product for PCT, you will likely develop gyno. Although having the surgery leaves less tissue available for gyno development. Can i ask you how the surgery went, and how satisfied you were with it? Did your tissue return to how it was pre-gyno for the most part? Did the tenderness/pain disappear?

Remember, the surgery doesn't mean you can't get gyno again.

surgery went very well and i had very little pain. Had surgery in late may and everything is almost back to normal but dr said it may take several more months. it was worth it and my nipples finally face down and not straight out. pain and tenderness went away as well.

It does if the gland is removed.

Yea, but they don't remove it entirely or the nipple would be inverted. I've read quite a few cases where people had the surgery and developed gyno all over again.

Read some of the logs on Sustain Alpha. It might be enough for on cycle, and maybe have some adex on hand just in case. And then, have your nolva/clomid/etc PCT.
You don't want to kill estrogen completely on cycle, then your gains suffer.

probably a stupid question but i've been out of the game for awhile and i tried looking it up but no luck....i'm guessing nolva is not detected on an aas test? what about clomid?

and my nipples were inverted for several months and are just now going back to normal, i'll have to ask the dr if he removed the glands

ahh i'm not really sure how long they were inverted....they aren't inverted anymore but are very soft and don't feel the same as they did pre-surgery, hard to explain.

I dont know if i'd cycle again after the surgery because i wouldnt want to go through all that twice. I think i'm going to have it done even though my case is minor, then just stick with a natural approach. i made a few bad decisions a while ago and i ended up with a minor case of gyno. i've learned that there really aren't any short cuts in body building that don't involve consequences. so all in all, was the surgery worth it?

surgery is definitely worth it, esp if you and your dr can get insurance to pay for it....surgery was like an hour, woke up fine, hardly any soreness, didnt even fill my prescription, just used advil for a day or two.

took the bandages off 2 days later, cleaned em up and was just really careful til they healed....took 2 1/2 weeks off from gym and then was back at it

did you have to use drainage bags for fluid/blood build up in the pectorals? That's good to know. That makes me feel a lot better about it. I'm going to have it done. I guess if I was to run any type of cycle ever again it'd be before I have the surgery too. But I haven't decided whether I was going to do that yet. btw, did you decide to risk the pro-hormone cycle? Thanks for all the info btw.

no drainage bags whatsoever....they put so many bandages around my chest it looked like a full b cup in shirts....so plan on takin at least a couple days off of work.

i did order the 1-t tren with sustain alpha....i also ordered adex for on cycle and clomid for pct....so we'll see what happens.

read a couple threads and guys had good luck so i'm hopin to have the same...got the diet in check and ready to start.
