I will use the "Growth Hormone Extreme Stack (pGH)" which is pGH, D-Anabol, Deca 200 & Clean.
I just pay for them so still not with me and have no idea about how to use them...

probably should start the hard workouts before the roids, that and a good diet. Steroids are not magic beans and only will work optimally if everything is there.

Also, you are putting yourself at a pretty high risk of certain side effects if you decide to start using steroids at 32.6% bf i would think.

Steroids are fukcing DANGEROUS!!! If you don't know what you're doing, they can really harm you bad. You also have wasted your money if you purchased what I think you have because those are not steroids, they're just for dumb people to buy on impulse (no offence)
If you want to make a run at fitness, the answer is not in steroids, it's in yourself.
Daily exercise followed with proper nutrition is what you're looking for. There's all the information you'll ever need on this site, but do yourself a BIG favor, forget about steroids until you understand diet and exercise.

but in all honesty get your diet and training sorted before even considering steroids....the sides will out weigh the gains at that bodyfat.....im 19% and will not touch tilll i get down to 12%......head over to the diet and workout sections....and start from there.

U guys are kicking my ass but thats ok...
First: I've been doing excercise, loosing weight and keeping my diet. That bf is from 2 months ago but any way I'm still fat i know.
Second: I've been reading a lot also and i found people using roids by cutting fat and adding clean muscle. Thats why I wanna try. Specailly cause of my real aim is muscle ... dont wanna be skinny.
Third: Is oral stuff and thats the only pont i have so far but I have no f*** idea how to get the roids. This forum is my favorite and I've been collecting info here so i just trust theyre publicity and yes... i got them from top of the page !!... my bad ... so... is done. Will not start crying. Just need some help about how to get the real stuff please.

get the ones at the top of the page. they are real, they worked great. I gained 50 pounds of solid muscle from the ********* in 1 month and went from 20% body fat to 13%

Its good that you have been reading up. I would suggest if you have any questions on anything to first to a quick search as about any question you can think of has been asked. If you cant find a an answer to your question then post up a specific question. As I said before steroids are not magic beans and if done improperly one can do some real harm to themselves. It is much better to train natural as much as you can. I know you want instant muscle now, but even with steroids you can just put on 30lbs of solid mass and drop tons of body fat. Diet and training are probably 90%, steroids are just a supplement.

Testosterone 200 mg / week / 12 weeks
Dianabol 25 mg / week / 4 weeks

I recommend dieting first with weights and cardio . AAS could be added later .

Like everyone else has already said. You need to get your diet in tune and a solid routine down before you even imagine the use of steroids. A lot of us like myself or xnotoriousx have wanted to use steroids and all these guys are really looking out for you. They've been there and done that so why not learn from their mistakes. You seem to want to do orals but if you read up you will soon realize that it takes a shit on you internally compared to injections. Take your time read, eat, and sleep and you will be naturally roided soon enough.

you already have gyno so u need to lose as much weight as possible before taking steroids, steroids will only make your gyno worse to the point of great embarassment and u wont be able to hide it, and itll cost about 3-4grand for surgery to fix it. seriously u will look like madonna with those cup things on. get your bodyfat down to 15% with diet and excersize its really not that hard if u do it right.
