Hello friends, lets get this question started with stats

Height 6'3
Weight 245
BF% 14 ish
age 25
2 prior cycles, training for 4 years, 2 years very hard
diet solid.


i also wanna say that i pride myself on self discipline and hard work.

i have a goal of putting on 50 pounds of lean muscle in the next 10 or so months. (yeah i know i'm aiming for the sky)

my question is if this is possible?

here is my gameplan

i have been on 4iu hgh for the last month and will run this for a year.

diet, 6000+ cals per day, protein 400-500G per day 700G carbs in the form of oats and bananas. fat from extra virgin olive oil mixed in with tuna meals.

lifting- high weight low rep in the range of like 6 sets. training 6 days per week 1 to 2 times per day.

Cycle- this is where i need some help, what i was thinking was a 14 week cycle of Test Prop or Test Suspension. 900-1000mg/WK (which is better? i dont mind pinning 2x daily BTW.) PCT will be very extensive

also 50mg Dianabol per day

any other compounds that i should add to the mix?

any help would be greatly appreciated
