Clen t3 help

my buddy from college turned me on to clen and t3 to help lose a couple unwanted lbs. i have my diet already to go my cardio and workout routine are already in place and i'm excited to start. the only problem i have is the dosage. i just got my stuff yesterday and it did not come with the sprayer or the dropper. however i read on some forums that you can take it orally using a syringe to measure it out. this is where i run in to the problem. i dont really know how to measure out the clen and t3. my stuff is in liquid form it came in 2 bottles both are 200mcg/ml and the bottles are 60ml. the syringe that i got is a 1/2cc .5ml insulin syringe. i just want to make sure that i am taking the proper dosage before i start. Some please help.

so answer your questions, if the stuff is 200mcg/mL, then

1mL=200mcg
0.5mL=100mcg
0.1mL=20mcg
