OK,
i have tols this story in other threads, but might be relevent here. I will make it the short version.
on Feb 2 2009 i weight 285 lbs around 40%BF (ya gross i know)
so i started a 1500 - 1700 calorie diet
then went into working out.
now i lift 4 time a week and cardio everyday and twice a day Mon, Wed, Thur, and Fri.
i dont have the cleanest Diet.
Breakfast 2 Banannas 1 Apple M0n - Fri 2 Eggs, Toast and Yogurt Sat - Sun
Mid Morning Snack Yogurt Mon - Fri
Lunch - Lean Cusiene Meal
Dinner - Average meal Meat, Starch Veggie 8oz Milk
if i dont hit 1500 calories with that i eat more veggies .
now i am at 205 lbs 29%BF
my question is:
do i keep up what im doing until i get my BF lower or is there more of a beneifit to cleaning up the diet?
i am nott really looking to bulk up. just more of a fit look.
