id rather take clen.......i get sides off both....with eph i feel wired to fuk and cant sleep.....clen i get the shakes and bad cramps.....but enougth water and supps can stop the cramps and i can handel the shakes.....
what doses you taking?
ya the shakes are easy to handle.the cramps suck though but i take taurine for that

not taking as i havent used anything in years......the most i could take of clen was 120mcg and to be honest i think that was to high........eph i think thay were 5 mg tabs..tiny litle tabs....2 of them and i was a way with the mixer.......but ive go a low tolerance to stimulants.......i think i was taking 3 grams of taurin per day.....and recall i needed more.....after doing legs oneday i had to roll down the steps of the gym because the cramps were so bad LOL......
Ha, I know what you mean. After a leg day, when I would run up my stairs, both my calves would cramp up and I'd fall flat on my face. It sucks when your foot starts to cramp when you're driving too.
Take 3g - 5g of Taurine per day. Also take in about 1.5 gallons of water, and if you want, some potassium pills.
man i couldnt walk because everytime i bent my legs they would cramp.....i had to keep them straight......and these steps werent just a couple a steps....a full flight of steps....people walking up and theres me rolling down with my legs straight as pos......i must of looked like an idiot lol.......

to be honest......i was looking for a quick fix......didnt have a diet and i was out drinking and partying all the time...so basically it was a waste of my time and money.....im very sure though if id had my diet in check and not partying every week i would of had decent results.......Diet is key......the clen will just help...
did you do 2 weeks on / 2 weeks of all the way through-out your 12 week cycle??

I did a 16 week cycle, but I only did three cycles of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with the Clen. That is a total of 30lbs lost, it did its job. Clen has anti-catabolic effects for the duration of the two weeks. It loses the effect after day 14. I'm not sure how powerful the muscle sparing effects are though, since I have never taken Clen off cycle.

Nope, I kept losing the same amount of fat. I would just re-adjust my diet and the further I got into my cycle, the more anabolic the compounds I was taking would get, so I could dip my calories even lower. I got freakin' shredded by the end of my cycle. I never lost less than 2lbs a week off Clen, and never less than 5lbs a week on Clen. You just gotta' know your body and how it works, and what you can do with it.
The only problems I encountered was insomnia from eating so little and working so hard. Took me forever to get to sleep so I would lay in bed right after my last meal, and it took me hours to finally pass out. I got to the point where I was eating 1600 calories a day, and I still got shredded and jacked as hell. My strength was also through the roof despite how little I was eating. It's all about diet man.

clen gave me resistance in working out and a bit of strength but regarding the ability to lose fat there was no improvement from ephedrine.

I have never tried Clen but I love Ephed. 50 mgs. in the morning and another 50 before the workout, or 25 mgs 3 times per day. I also take mine with 200-250 mgs of caffeine and aspirin. If on a low carb diet I can shed 2-3lbs. per week easy.
L-taurine is the taurine humans have, every L compound is what people mean when they say for example carnitine, they mean L-carnitine, they just dont know it
I use a stack of ephedrine, caffeine, and asprin. It's potent stuff I take it in the am during my cardio. Sweat like a pig. Two weeks on two weeks off. Works really good and no cramps. I once got a cramp in my ab while I was bent over stretching my hams. I couldn't straighten up. I was rolling on the floor clenching my teeth. I had a knot the size of a baseball in my abs. Hard like a rock. A friend finally sat on me so I could straighten up. LOL After that experience I was too scared to take clen. LOL But the ECA stack works really good.
