I work out hard and hit each group once a week. I'm in college, which limits my food options.
Meal 1
3 eggs
24oz whole milk
1 1/2 cup oatmeal with brown sugar
Meal 2
8oz tuna, no mayo
1 1/2 cup kidney beans
24oz whole milk
1 1/2 cup spaghetti
Meal 3
8oz tuna, no mayo
1 1/2 cup spaghetti
24oz skim milk
Meal 4 (post work-out)
1 quart skim milk
2 scoops whey protein (17g protein a scoop)
Total calories: 3,690
Protein: 327g
Carbs: 389g
Fat: 90g
A friend said I should eat about 4500 calories a day. But at the moment, I never want to eat again. What do you all think? (By the way, the weight of the tuna is an estimate- I eat at least two cans worth).
