Just about to run primo tabs for 16 week at 700mg a week, heard they dont kick in till 5-6 week so would it be a waste to have 700mg a week for the first 5-6 week?

No You feel them in 1st week.. it's the acetate ester in them i believe.. no oral takes 5 to 6 weeks to be felt..

I'm sure there is some slower acting ones made, but I never have heard of them.
Time released maybe.
