so if someone has high blood pressure that can make them more likely to have acne during or after a cycle?

I dont belive that is accurate.

Maybe is rare cases or something, I never read any literature to back that up.

If you have it, I would like to read it over.

Yes, it is very common to break out with acne after a cycle.

    I went through it myself.

    All the way through PCT

It changed a little through it.(pct)

I recommend over the counter topicals that contain benzole peroxide.

When you shower, use dawn dish soap to exfoliate yourself

    Sunlight is great or sunbeds.

If it gets real bad, accutane will stop it relatively fast.

it's more an internal hormonal thing, so there isn't much you can do until your hormones regulate itself. that is my experience. I'm pacific islander and my skin in butter. but my last pct, i broke out, its freaked me out. nothing much you can do....IMO.

but to feel better you can try salicylic acid, benzole peroxide that this stuff called pantethoic acid. None of it worked for me, but maybe it will for you. I was taking like 10 grams of that B6 stuff, and nothing.

Once again I think it's an internal thing, and there isn't much you can do. Just dont pick you might scar your skin, if you've never been used to having acne before.
